is a famous saying I heard last time I visited Iceland in the winter, and I entirely agree with that! Yes, the weather and the temperature is unpredictable and can change every 5 minutes, but if you prepared for it, you don’t need to worry and just enjoy the trip! However, a few times I got pretty scared, especially when we were heading back from the glaciers; the weather turned bad suddenly and we were not able to see anything as the snow and sleet reduced visibility to a few meters!

So, it’s important to wear the right gear when you take a trip around Iceland!
